I pray that the public are educated and responsible. The fact is that how much development is brought in by the government u can see the destroyed items in most part of finished projects in Nagaland. First thing first the so called educated people still throw waste from moving vehicle, people still throw waste at the spot, I mean the basic of maintenance is still far behind Vietnam, Japan So on
