Why are there no flowers on the property and why does it have a green house? It also doesn't have an outdoor pool. Is the windchill significant? Victoria is supposed to have a milder climate than even Vancouver and Kelowna, so is this because of an exposure to icy winds or what? Is this place much cooler than Victoria city?
