Well. Deleting ships to blow off the Naval Treaties wargoal thresholds is a move that I haven't seen. Will add this to my inventory alongside the 'buy a gazillion chromium from Turkey to make them a major' thing. Can't think I'll ever need it, but good for showoff in a coop game, I guess.

This video came out as I'm ending my world conquest as the UK with the Imperial Federation that I got with the Dominion of North America. It's me vs basically everyone except the Congo and the casualties are 6.00 million vs 76.02 million. I got a 3 million man encirclement in India and now I'm pushing thru Siberia because 4 naval invasions into Europe failed. Godspeed sir. Kick ass and show em who has just enough will to live to see a game to its total end

I don't know how it works now, but in the past you could get out of a Naval Treaties , and all the great powers in the Naval Treaties would get a casus belli on you. and as a result, first France would attack you, then Italy six months later, then the US 3-4 months later, and then Japan. this way you could easily conquer all these great powers before 1939, and you actually only had to defeat the Reich and the USSR.
