What you say is true. When you put modern F1 cars side by side against those from only 10 or 15 years ago they are enormous. Its all the safety and crash test requirements that have made it this way. Theres a very good video on youtube somewhere that compares car sizes through the eras. Thats a sweet little track btw. And run in cars always run in a little nicer. Back when I was racing them every week, we always used to run new cars in on a little jig with a 9v battery. Even put a little toothpaste on the gears for a few minutes.

I would not listen to the 90 year old T Junker's & fast n furious teenagers don't remove the magnets that just ruins the cars & racing & performance & speed. You said about them being to fast for the track if you put in the level 52 magnets from HCS. You could run them way closer to top speed on that track & they would stay on ! Why would you want no magnets no grip , less speed & possibility of busting up the cars ? But Great review Thank You Sir & Thank You Slot Car kid he was whooping your butt 😆

Received the Spa cars today. Fantastic cars, but I don't foresee that camera lasting more than a couple of races!

Pictures of the Monza car and Spa car are plentiful, so that is an error
