They are small fried flatbreads, stuffed with a specific type of pulses (we call it biuli daal). Taken with spicy gravy based potato (we call it sabji) and pickles (we call it achaar). In Chhangani Bhujiyawala, they they top the sabji with Bhujiya and then top it with Club Kachoris.
