Ingredients:
2 tsp shah zeera
15 green cardamom
¼ nutmeg
1 mace
2 inch cinnamon stick 2
6-7 cloves
10-12 green chillies
1 kg mutton
1 tbsp papaya paste
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
4 fried onion ( ½ for mutton ½ for layering)
½ cup milk +10-11 strands of saffron
½ cup oil
1½ cup curd
2 tbsp lemon juice
coriander leaves
green chillies
1 kg rice
3 tbsp Salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp shah zeera
4 5 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
coriander leaves
green chillies
Layering:
fried onion
biryani masala
½ cup oil
1 cup milk + 10-12 strands of saffron
½ cup rice water
kewra water
food colour
green chillies
