Sister and all assalamu alaikkum....I saw this video day before and my wife tried this today. ...Fantastic it was. .....In the first attempt itself she has been able to achieve almost sarvi or pista house or shah ghouse kind of taste. May be in the next attempt she will match these....This year we missed haleem from hotels. And grill 9 kind of restaurants started serving haleem this week only. However we are migrating from hyderabad soon after LD and thank Allah we learnt making haleem at home now. And rest of our lives wherever we live we will make this at home. Thanks sister !! Allah hafiz. And for those who don't know haleem.....To put it simple, haleem is the richest and most nutritious and the tastiest dish that hyderabadi cuisine has got to offer !!
