4 tbsp skinned black gram ( maash dal )
2 tbsp skinned green gram ( peeli moong dal )

2 tbsp pigeon lentil ( arhar dal )
2 tbsp rice ( chawal )
5-6 green chilli
2 cup fried onion
1 cup oil
1 cup sliced onion
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp heaped chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
½ tsp turmeric powder
¾ cup curd
whole spices:-
½ tsp tailed pepper
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp shah zeera
2 piece cinnamon stick
2 black cardamom
6-7 cloves
7-8 green cardamom
1 tbsp rose petals
1 tsp black pepper powder
