WFG is nice only until you come to them with a HUGE compliance issue…they first then try to gaslight you. If that stops/doesn’t work then it is all gloves off. Your side lines come after your character and integrity…and WFG will come after you for charge backs

Half knowledge is enough to create false rumors. Good job guys! Hope you are yourself entertained enough first! Lawsuits are not uncommon for big businesses or corporations. This is just another one, no big deal. The same guy whose video you took these screenshots from, has explained the other side of the coin. So if you're willing to share information, do your job right and explain both sides of the lawsuit. Else, just clap and stay entertained.

Is this some sort of defense for WFG? smh.... Lawsuits are common. I mentioned that at the very beginning of the video. I also was clear that this was just a claim. However, when reading the claim, it is 100% in alignment with all the problems that I have been preaching against WFG for a long time. Claims that agents and leaders at WFG refute. Now the top guy is confirming them. You can get defensive and hold on to your confirmation bias, or you can open up to objective reality...

Everyone has an opportunity to create this kind of income. Dig deeper. Eric Olson was one of the top guys in the company and built the #1 team in all of WFG. WFG has a STRICT compliance department and IUL’s are NOT scams if they are properly structured. It’s not the company, it’s the agency. If you set them up as minimum death benefit it will give the client maximum cash value growth. If IULS were illegal or not good then why would they allow them to be sold in the insurance industry? There is a WHOLE back story to this than what you guys are reading off this document. Dig deeper. Eric Olsons entire agency was over 90% persistency and our clients kept their plans because we sold them correctly.

Wfg has a strict compliance department? Bogus. I proved to nationwide not once, not twice but 3 times my upline had put me in the WRONG product for our goals THEN TAUGHT US TO use this product in a way that would make it implode. I showed all this to Nationwide and they quickly and quietly offered all 3 of us a chance to cancel our policies AND get our money back. Why? Because of compliance not being met. IMO, every company from FFL, PHP, Primemerica, LIFE180 And every company even AMAZON have issues. Due to being a litigious society it’s obvious that these things happen in Free Enterprise. I’d be curious if guys like you would debate all types of different agents. Ultimately, multi level, network marketing, direct marketing, so on are ALL JUST forms of marketing. If Procter and Gamble sells their products through distributors like a Sysco and Sysco then sells through agents or sales BDOs, is that multi level, Of Course LOL I challenged you and many doing these types of videos to have open discourse and debate instead of echo chambers and then ironically “Authentically” promote your own business 😂
