World food tour - Lebanese fruits cocktail (Shikaf) - fresh healthy summer drink

The Lebanese cuisine uses an abundance of fresh ingredients. Today i will show you how to make a Lebanese delicacy, a Lebanese style fruits cocktail called " shikaf". It is made of different layers of fresh fruits topped with a Lebanese ashta cheese, nuts and honey. It is delicious, healthy and a perfect refreshing summer drink.
