South Korea's president showing up was particularly powerful, I feel. Remember that Elizabeth became Queen while the Korean War was still raging (which Britain was significantly involved in), so this was their country's farewell to possibly the last living leader or head of state of an ally from that critical era in their history. Surprising how little the media noticed this.
