A Weapon isn't something you can use right off the bat, A Weapon is a tool that needs extreme caution just like Industrial tools. not to mention the gravity of Black Sea hinders all routes for possible weapon transfer routes . Theoretically yes, realistically not. Russia can’t have all of its eggs in one basket just to attack Ukraine. It is sad that this invasion is actually happening right now, year 2022. happenings like this one were only taught to us in our history classes. At the time, I thought, how difficult must have been the situation during the invasion. I feel for the Ukrainians.
