Excellent show! We are new to World of DVC and we just had our first offer on a SS resale contract accepted by the seller. We are hopeful to pass ROFR and start booking our next Disney Vacation. I started with 100 points in 2011 and we only new about time share because of Hilton but they are so expensive that we thought we could never purchase. I wish we could have checked out the Disney Vacation club in 2010 then may be we might have purchase sooner. I can’t wait to see the next show and I ways watch at less twice.

Hope you didn't buy a Hilton Grand Vacation Club points/timeshare, huge rip off, fees/dues are $8,000 every 2 years. Look at the reviews of their HGVC hotels in tourist destinations, not stellar. Before buying any timeshare/vacation club especially in the resale market, research the annual dues which are often more than what it would cost you to visit a 4-5 star resort twice a year.

How can you pick up more sales? Offer to pay 50 percent for the Disneyworld or Disneyland AP. Up to 4 members of the family per sale. Depending on how many points are purchased. I know there are currently more sellers than buyers. You could offer that 50 percent off for up to 5 years. That could really help bring in more buyers.

I love this show and all the hosts! One suggestion: please don’t talk over each other and when you ask a guest a question, let them answer it without interrupting. I am guilty of this myself (it’s an ADHD symptom of mine) but it does make it difficult to follow the conversation.
