I imagine a big chunk of them will be remixes, but still, at least 20 completely new tracks! And the three remixes we have heard so far (the main theme, Ode to the Bridge Builder and Years of Work) sound awesome. On the topic of remixes, I hope Red Carpet and Best Times make a comeback (remixed, obviously), they were two of my favourite tracks. And the Last of the Gooballs and Rain Rain Windy Windy (ngl, it's more difficult than I thought to pick favourites from the original OST)

It's way more likely that songs will be fully utilized in this game. A lot of the first games music predates the game itself and so wasn't structured with a game in mind. That's why there's a ton of long songs that only get around 30 seconds used in game.

​​​​@@Couldnt_Be_BotheredIt seems so to me as well, since the other games which Gabler made an OST for (Little Inferno, Human Resource Machine, 7 Billion Humans) do use all of the portions of their tracks (technically Human Resource Machine still does utilise only some parts of some tracks, but technically speaking, those parts were the original tracks and were extended later, at least if I recall correctly)

As a child, the music from world of goo and little inferno meant so bloody much to me. It was all so haunting and eerily beautiful, and I spent hours in class every day dreaming up fantasies to each and every song. I was in awe of your ability to make such moving and emotional music, and not only that, but with things you just had laying around at home! Cardboard boxes for drums? It was incredible to the 14 year old me. As an adult, most of the songs still give me goosebumps, be it from world of goo, or from 7 billion humans. They're still my number one go to for plotting stories and writing fiction. I can not even begin to describe how excited I am to hear what you, the rest of 2D boy, and the huge and amazing community, have come up with this time. I'm so incredibly amazed and proud of how far 2D boy has come, and I can not thank you enough for putting the amazing stuff you all do out into the world for the rest of us to experience and enjoy!
