Okay, so that one with Greenbone made my soul warm and fuzzy :) those moments when a team just WANTS to work together is amazing. Those games are the best. You could go flawless, kill everyone on the enemy team nine times and wreck every attempt on your life, but it will never be close to a game when a team comes together and just declares that they will, as one, win.

Very hesitant to call AFK'ers 'Scumbags' - they may have had technical issues, for example. Whilst some are obviously deliberately AFK, others may have factors out of their control.

Well not many times have I had team mates as good as that IS-3 game, but I have been that team mate. Once in my t95 I stumbled upon an IS who accidentally drove off a wall and was stuck and couldn't move. It took a bit of work but with a bit of pushing around I got him unstuck. Also one time I was in my t-54, and a t95 on my team who only had 200 health left was trying to turn around to face an E-100 that was about to shoot him. Well I had 90% of my HP left so I drove in the path of the shot and blocked it for the t95, I only had HE ammo left anyways so I wasn't going to to much to an E-100 from the front. And I continued to act as a shield until the t95 was facing the E-100 and I booked it.

It depends on what I'm driving. I love zipping around the map in packs of fast mediums, but try doing that in tank destroyers and it doesn't usually work out well. The trick is knowing what your tank is best at doing and doing it. Doing it well involves a lot of information processing, knowing what's going on the map, guessing what's going on that you can't see on the map, how to best deal with the tanks you're facing... been doing it for two years and still managing to suck 1 game out of 3.

No shit, yesterday, me in Lorraine, go up the hill on Ruinberg, kill a t54, then back off, around a corner, to reload, while 3 enemy tanks charge downhill. What does friendly t-44 does? Ducks behind me, blocks me, cutting my only way to safety and he is at full health, off course (I was at 50%). When the 3 enemies make the corner, they happily cut to pieces a reloading auto-loader then rape the t-44 as an afterthought. I was raging at that point, we both died because of 1 player's retardation.

A KV-4 done this to me on a hill road this week, I was in My E-75 getting a pounding Iv'e not bought any Gold since the 17th Feb as the game has went down hill this Year. My stats ain't good but it's because I always help others and fight front line style. What the hell do I care about stats I care about the other good players that help You when You need it

Epic doesn't begin to describe that final battle. That just goes to show that it pays to stick around to watch SOME games to completion even after you perish. It's way better to be able to say I saw it live as opposed to watching it here. These are the reasons why even if we go through a shitty spell, games riddled with terrible team mates etc., we keep coming back for more because a game like this could be around the corner. That's why one does not simply delete WOT. EPIC indeed!

I myself have only been playing for a few months and I have zero experience in the French line, but the best advice I can give is...A) Don't try and barnstorm your way up to the high ranks too fast. That JS-3 game was pretty amazing! Ive played over 8500 games and i have RARELY seen team work and commitment like that, but i was getting slighted agitated with that JS game on how trigger happy he was, would of made his life a hell of a lot easier if he wasnt!

with the title of epic win it reminded me of one game i had today in a JGpanther II, i knocked out five tanks while my team was getting masacured. both teams where praising my ability to move into a position and fireing. once the remainder of my team (three tanks) got to the enemy cap i turned and went to defend my own. i was finaly knocked out when a JS3 and a T34 both shot me six times (bounceing three from each) and then rammed me at the same time

You can find them in your World of Tanks directory under a folder named replays, they will be in a format playable only by the client, but you can use Fraps to record the replay from there, plus there are also several website to upload your replays which will analyze them as well, also take note that replays from older patches need the client version from that same patch to be played.

I must say, the IS is the Epicest player I have seen now. I saw epic players that can kill the entire enemy team, but never, really never sawn this! When he was out of Ammo, i thought the Driver would say this: Commander! Were out of the damn Ammo! What now? Drive into the enemys? With our Pride? And the Commander only says YES! ^^

I'm clearly not jingles, but I can say that the B1 doesn't really get any better. It's one of those tanks that you just have to grin and bear it. Don't worry though, the french heavy line gets much less depressing and finally becomes quite enjoyable.

aaaaahhhhh the amx 50 100 and the endless fun of it! Nothing like causing enemy team to curse at you in total frustration hehehe. One of my most favorite tanks, the grind to 50 120 happened in only 2 days, with non premium account, in the end I strongly consider keeping it forever, but a small garage push me to sell it. Extremely entertaining tank.

An IS is more than capable of sniping within a given range. Telling the Tiger P to spot was also fairly sensible, given the frontal armour of that thing.

I never have had replay running, but for those memerable games I always take screen shots of the final results screens. May not be as good as an actual replay, but at least you can have a pic to remember that game by.

Have u watched many replays before ? Game is designed that when u shoot server does it after the ping, but changing viev is instant. Many players leave sniper mode just after the shot. If they leave sniper mode in shorter time than ping then in replay it is often vieved as if they left sniper mode even before their shot took place. U can actually see it only in the replays

I remember playing the Matilda trying to be the support tank but somehow becoming the scout and got in the middle of an open field where I just spotted and deflected while the team all became tank destroyers. Got a lot of rewards and kills and trolled the ensmy hard with my armor. God I love the Matilda.

Excelent Teamplay, happend to me once too :) Five enemy T8 tanks crawling up the road. I saw one dead tank in half so I charged in with JPII and goes hull down behind wreck. To deal some dmg, slow down enemy and be flanked at end.... went like I thought, dings to superstructure so they started to flank me. And then miracle happend... two my teammates saw this and charged this collum, protecting my flanks and together we killed all of them... wonders happend sometimes :)

Think of a big version of the AMX 13 90 with an even better gun, armor that OCCASIONALLY helps (not often), and slightly less speed. It revolves around massive burst damage - as shown here, it can bring another tier 8 heavy from full health to death with one magazine. Once that's spent, though, you have a brutal 40-something second reload. It pops in, does assloads of damage, then fades away. One of the best hit and run tanks, as are the tanks that come after it.
