You don't think this new ammo type mechanic isn't a test to see if they can shoehorn gold ammo into the game then you're just being naive. They could just build the ammo type into a funny button if they wanted to without dressing it up with all this other mechanics of starting with low health which you then can't heal for 3 minutes. And if you think no one has mentioned or is worried about the guided missiles being tested in Halloween event You're not paying attention there either.

@Jingles - did you really think that Wargaming was just going to hand the market for modern naval warfare to Seapower? I don’t think so. They already have a game structure with tiers that could be used to represent decades or time periods of modern warships. There are data sources out there for weapon systems and ships - well, some of them, anyway. What are now super ships become tier 11, and the first missile-armed postwar ships becomes tier 12. That’s the direction I think this is headed, anyway.
