6:15 Mitch's caution before pressing the arty is understandable, he's checking the last spotted position of the BZ-176 as that could take him out in one shot. Once the BZ is lit by his team mates closing in, Mitch moves ahead on the arty as the BZ has other tanks to worry about. 9 years old and more map awareness than many players, including me who can only notice these things on replays!

I play WoWS on console, recently I was playing in a division with a friend and a friend of his who didn’t have a microphone for his console so I couldn’t hear him. The friend of my friend is 8 years old, and is actually my friend son, he played better than 90% of the other players I run into. He knew how to angle, how to make use of concealment and radar ranges, damn smart kid.

Fun fact: There is a memoir of a Cromwell commander. His 3 tanks had to quickly make their escape from germans and had to jump a water-filled ditch. Tanks were doing air as a combat maneuver. I liked that thing when I still played WoT

Always find that the first battle in a new tank is the best battle in the entire grind for that tank...

I had that with Guard - in the first battle, I was able to shoot and hit on the move, without too much of aiming, across half of Malinovka. Then, the first ~100 battles were great, and then came a sharp decline and I no longer play the tank for being horrible. It looks like there's a secret factor that makes the tanks (or RNG of a tank) good so it gets positive reviews when it's new (and attracts the attention of potential buyers), and then the secret factor is removed, after players bought it, and the tank becomes average.

Just in case anyone wanted to know, skop (or skopped, which is kind of the english way of making it past tense) means kick or kicked. You can also het klapped, klap means slap, which is slightly less bad than getting skopped. Getting PKed on the other hand (where K is for Klap and P is the Dutch word for cat), is far far worse a fate.

Thanks to this video, I finally know what the Venezuelan tank is from Mercenaries 2: World in flames, that I loved to steal from the Venezuelan army. In that game, I think it's called a Calderon 2 tank. Here is a T-62A.

Doing the wrong thing together: Match on Malinovka and the chat is full of "this map again" and then "Let's just rush the field." Thanks to poor map awareness we had cut through their defensive line before people heading up the hill realized how many tanks blitzed across the field. Never seen a team buy into a plan like that again.

Before the reworks to the 263 line, I was constantly told that the VII-IX vehicles leading up to it were real stinkers. When I started with SU-100m1… I fell in love with it rather quickly… even got my only Kolobanovs medal with it. Now the whole line is more or less idiot proof since the rework.

Jingles in your response to your good games in bad vehicles comment. Many years ago I reached the lofty heights of the Colorado in WoWS and being an avid viewer of your channel I had already decided to free xp my way to the Nth Carolina. But being a fair short I resolved to play 1 battle in it first before skipping over it. My opening salvo I obliterated a Myoko at maximum range. Because of that 1 perfect salvo I played through the Colorado proper. I regretted it as soon as I played my 1st battle in my NC.

Cromwell is one of the best tank in tier 6 alongside T-34-85M with best in tier DPM and light tank like mobility, both frequently used in clan war. Comet, in comparison, is just a decent tank in tier 7 with worse mobility in exchange for a slightly better armored turret but still using basically the same gun which is far from the best for a tier 7 tank. I would say that Cromwell is the best tank English medium line can offer tier by tier, after it is juat a downward slope.

Impressed with the 9 year old. The Cromwell player was garbage and lucked into a win. Horrible aim, could barely navigate, was unwilling to reposition more than a few meters for a shot in the first half of the game, and did little to help his team while on the other side of the valley. While I don't advocate chat abuse, I can understand his team's frustration.

I found the Comet so slow and ungainly compared to the Cromwell, plus the worse matchmaking. I sold it as soon as I unlocked the tier 8. I kept the Cromwell, and at some point added the Cromwell B. Between running those two tanks, the crew was excellent, and both had multiple gun marks. The Cromwell was the king of tier 6 team battles too. Finally, the choice of camo net is pretty bad, as you could see the view range was terrible. Binocs or coated optics are a much better choice. I started with the first, but eventually switched to the second.

I think the Roilfort bunker complex played the key role in holding and recapturing Loch Mor, and dang why wouldn''t it with so many pieces and howies, and also being strategically located so its hard to cut logi as its next to the hex's border, only in range of (maybe) Mara's storm cannon? And, on vast patch of flat ground so the rats couldn't glitch into it. A very massive work even a logistics regiment would probably not have undertaken or understood. o7 How did you do this? O_O
