14:23 That is related to the warlock class quest for the green fire in Pandaria. An undead warlock was stationed there for a bit, studying the demons in the area. She had to leave in a rush and we go there to collect her book iirc. She appears later on but you go in a hunt all over Outland to find the secrets she and another warlock uncovered.

1. It was the second war. 2. Deathwing went to Outland along with a number of Black Dragons before he was defeated in Grim Batol. The Battle of Grim Batol (detailed in the novel Day of the Dragon) happens after Deathwing was driven away from Outland by the combined efforts of the Alliance invasion force and Gruul, the soon to be Dragonslayer.
@TheRealCeeJai Жыл бұрын
@@jordanread5829 This is true, and to add, it was after this defeat that Deathwing fled to the Stonecore, where the cultists began the years-long process of rebuilding him, abandoning those of his brood left in Outland and leaving Sabellian to hold things together.

00:18:39 ~ The musings on the history of the animal skulls seems to be forgetting the history of the Outlands is that it was once the actual planet of Draenor, think do I. Therefore, the skulls could have been part of the massive sea bed, or part of one of the zones, and was simply deposited there after countless upheavels that seems to have turned Draenor into Outlands.

Thanks again for an excellent vid Buddy. I've always appreciated the wonderful attention to details that Blizz have placed throughout their games and love discovering the cute easter eggs scattered throughout their world(s). Regardless of all else (pros and cons) Blizz created an exceptional world in WoW, that can immerse an attentive player for days discovering little secrets that flesh out the story. Other MMOs have been doing so but Blizz went far beyond Everquest and other early iterations doing so and I suspect ist a strong part of what has enraptured us for over 2 decades now (keeping the early set-ups via the Warcraft I-III games in mind, which I have fond memories of). If you consider doing more "Secrets" vids, I'd love to see one on Silverpine, one of my fave zones in the entire game. Thanks again! :)

Not surprising, because hellfire peninsula has a lot of humour and references in the zone, you overlooked one of my favourites: In Honor Hold, there is one interactable gravestone. Haven't played since 2015, but there used to be a quest out here where you throw that ball on one of the hellfire boars, the pigs out here with tusks or horns that grow out there back, anyway this ball turns them green, now if you are a Hunter BM you can take it, and it was once what we back in the day called an Odd Ball pet, pets that where tamed from a quest that changed their appearance, not too many quests did this, but if you did tame a green boar from this zone and in that quest which I think is only Alliance, might be both or changed lol might not even be a quest anymore for all I know, any way you would have had at the time, the only green boar in the game and you will, as I did, get asked BY EVERY hunter, Beast Master, (BM) where you got the boar!? Also I'm sure someone has since corrected you, but the Chefs name is Emerald and last name pronounced La-Gah-See. Very close friend of mine to whom I've never met, lol. Thanks for reading! Be well all! Edit to add, remembering that blood curling moment when your mining or gathering an herb or maybe just stopped to look at the map and you're totally new to the area, and alone, and suddenly you hear the horror hell blasted horns of the Fel Reaver that sneaks up on you somehow lol, run for your life if you hadn't learned flying there yet lol. Ah, Heart attack WoW moments.
