Looks like one was done twice the tier 16 armor with the gyroscopic discs on the shoulders is called the regalia of celestial harmony and drops from the siege of orgrimmar if anyone is curious

Seems like this color doesn't exist anymore. I just have the shoulders and can't find anything from that now in blue. not even th shoulders. Really dissapointing :(

It's the Alliance version of the Fearless set. It's also available in H-NH, but not the helm and maybe even chest.
