The most confusing part of this first cutscene was the fact they could not just TP more people? Jaina knew where they were and could just make a portal?? lol

Little bit of explanation. Portals are not that simple. They require proper anchors and stuff. Magister Rommath said about portals: "Portals! Always so haphazard, no sense of stability, no anchor! It's a wonder we haven't been torn apart by magic!" also Khadgar said about portals "I am somewhat surprised that the Horde has not destroyed itself by now. Portals require more than brute strength. They require precision. They require an anchor.". To add to this there is the book in dalaran "Thinking With Portals - A Memorandum" . So making stable portal for few people might be easy, but for entire army it might be much more challenging that we think. Also making this type of portal for sure require proper license as described in the mentioned book. So maybe it was actually much easier to travel via ships. Yes, Jaina knew the place, but the place was without anchors and without prepared ley lines. One could arque that she could teleport and prepare the anchors on the receiving side in Khaz Algar, but perhaps the preparations, and the enchantments take much more time then we know. I hope my little bit of WoW logics, calmed your unrested minds about plot holes. Until next time

My confusing part was, why the hell the horde arrived so late, at the same time with the Alliance. The Alliance had much greater distance to travel from Eastern Kingdoms, but they arrived at the same time
