Your third attempt at "Worcester" was spot-on - nailed it. Trust me, I live 20 miles from the city the ship is named after and am very familiar with it. The best way I can phonetics it out is, wuh-ster, 2 syllables, wuh-ster, not woo-ster, not wor-ster, not worchester, just wuh-ster.

Well I personally love german cruisers. But i play dd support with hydro so im more aggressive.

Huh, I find them too bad stealth and clumsy, and boring, sold my Hinden. I liked Königsberg though. Prefer Minotaur with radar to do DD support, and it's much more fun and intense.

Yeah probably it is. But I just hate the paper armour of british cruisers, but with the radar its probably far more efficient :D

It's nice to see players better than me shoot behind then in front of their target. It tells me that my accuracy isn't what's holding me back from being a much better player. It's map awareness and placement.

yeah, most likely. Good players tend to have pretty good hit rates, but what makes them good players is actually their ability to read the battle, ability to see things happen before they do etc.

For me at least, I find that the German and IJN cruiser lines are the most fun of them all, either cause the overall versatility of the KMS and the overall good and smooth gameplay of the IJN The fact that the tier 8 premiums, Atago and Eugen, are great ships and quite similar to the tier Xs, i find that this 2 lines are the safest bet for novice cruiser players

Hassan Tahir The Aoba to me was a let down from Furutaka cause you really don’t get much as it has little improvements The Myoko and following are superb tho, the HE alpha per salvo is amazing, the AP is really good and the whole package of speed, decent armor (if angled) and bonus torps for kiting away are top quality honestly You should give a try someday again trust me

Radar minotaur has been my go to this ranked season. So far it's been treating me well. DM and Zao are on my list as my next t10s. Probably Worcester and Hindy next.

I use zao with spotter airplane on, and it chews dds when it's needed, and BBQ cruisers and bbs. The only ships that I'm scared it's the moskva and it's premium sibling, the new t10 jap dd, sometimes yamato as it always pens and to damage, and the t10 CVs. Other than those, zao can troll any cruiser, even the minotaur.

And in terms of fire resistance, I think conqueror has the most resistance of all ships, I always struggle to set him on fire, even if he can regain tons of health back it doesn't, matter, damage is damage and it ads to the final score.

I started with playing in th Zao on rank but due to poor BBs supporting (not following their cruisers) I could not make Zao work. So I changed to Yamato, only then I was able to get a string of wins and get all the way to rank 10.

Didn't do too bad in the supercontainers. ShipJesus did his opening and got a bunch of flags/camos, only 7 days premium in several of his containers and no steel.

Chase, What do you do to avoid the laggy port UI? I have an I7 with 32gb Ram, GTX 1070 and WoWs on an SSD and yet opening that many Supers took me twice as long

german cruisers are for AP not HE. get a bit closer and AP their broadsides. reload upgrade of course

With their 1/4 pen HE, why not use HE at longer range. Plus their concealment isn't exactly good enough to get close these days.

Okay iChase how the hell do you play the Hindenburg to fall asleep in that thing. Might be that due the Hindi being my most played (and loved) Cruiser that i don´t get that but ... how ... okay she got a slight nerf to her reload but she is fun, strong, verry flexible, tanky (for a cruiser) has dakka ... shes got it all ... ah okay get it ... you play her long range ... then you fall asleep go a bit closer with her and well you get action ... A LOT

Hindy is my most played cruiser too :) my first tier 10 is Hindy... But I personally find her detection is on the big side to get close enough to support DD, and with so many radar ships around, my Hindy now is having an identity crisis @@

Compares an action packed Zao game on Warriors Path to a slow, boring, "sleep-inducing" game on Islands of Ice. LUL But seriously speaking. Zao is best at kiting away spamming HE! And thats very boring too. I think you could have pulled off that same first game with a Hindy as well. Anyways, i am open to different opinions on my these!
