Yeah it's not right that they raised the caliber barrier from 460mm to 510mm, and that it gives Japan the biggest and second biggest guns in game (across 3 ships), but you have to have seen it coming. Yamato is the tech tree ship, Musashi is already the premium Tier 9, so the only way was up, with the Project A-150 'Yashima'. But the Germans could also get a Tier 10 premium BB with 510mms, the last H-Class Concept.

Yes it will have to deal with a combined 420mm + 350mm worth of armour to citadel a kreml through the nose. But when you shatter the penetration records being the first to hit the 1000mm thresh hold (its about 1050mm for point blank). I honestly doubt Kreml can bow tank it close ranges, not without it angled at around 30-45 degrees.

Why would they make new game modes and make CVs fun to play against when you can make...well more money. Yes I realize its a free game and they need revenue but there are so many other ways to make people spend their cash willingly. In my opinion, who wins is largely based off of the situation. Example: in a night time engagement the Montana would hands down win. Due to the Montana’s better radar and firing control. However if Montana chased Yashima, Yashima would have a good handful of time to fire shells before the Montana could close enough distance to return fire.

Have you tested the actual overmatch values of the AP shells? The reason I'm asking is that a datamine on the AP calculator and Daily Bounce lists the shell arming threshold as 170 mm (!). That is actually more consistent with a 1020mm shell, not to mention that the 19400 damage value is also much more consistent with a shell double the weight of the listed (1984kg) value (although not 8 times more). I do notice some bounces on Monty and Yama, but they happen even on Conq; so that could be belt and turrets. So... what can it overmatch in a training room? Otoh; the ballistics and pen seems more consistent with "natural" values.

It does, and that was one of the things that the guy who sent that message in the beginning was saying - that since Flambass wasn't using a delay it was Flambass' fault he was getting stream sniped. The problem with delays is that they make chat interactions basically impossible, and chat interaction is a massive part at streaming. This suggestion is essentially "do your job poorly to try to win more games", which is not really a tenable solution.

It's not really a scenario of being coded wrong, it's just a natural consequence of introducing a delay. If the stream is two minutes ahead of the time of those watching it, any comments the chat makes is naturally about what happened two minutes ago. The streamer can see that immediately and respond - a response that the chat will see in two minutes. That makes any sort of real conversation essentially impossible. There's really no way to code around this, it's just the inherent result of introducing a delay.

I get where youre coming from, but...Two problems though. 1) flambass makes his living off of this game, and audience interaction (and his finances) will be impacted by putting a delay in. And, 2) if you see the response to his clan battle videos, the youtube audience flips shit too when he takes measures to reduce sniping, such as covering minimap.
