@georgepoly4842 you literally nod to look up there definition of literally, because a gym lift under uncontrolled, unsupervised conditions is absolutely NOT a literal world record. Just adding "world record" to the title doesn't make it so. Especially when there are multiple videos of Iron Bibi lifting as much or more. Julius is an still incredible litter and that was still an amazing lift.

Great to see you two - I used to lift back in the early 90s and I had a brother in iron just like this - we'd always lift more together than we did alone. Nothing like these weights but we'd inspire eachother every time - nothing mental just an extra half plate or so but we'd only make PBs when we lifted together. We'd trash talk every session but we had this bond where we knew our biggest lifts would happen when he was spotting me and I was spotting him - we knew when to let the other struggle and when to grab the weight, it's a brotherhood like no other!

Julius and Baker have great energy together. And to put in perspective... if you can shoulder press or steep incline press 225 you are super strong. It's just these guys are like world class elite strong. Don't get intimidated. Use as inspiration. As for my inspiration, I actually was inspired watching the big man cry. That takes more guts than I see from 99% of "men." Just my opinion. :)

bro I am big fan of them both but aren't they cheating by leaning and making it knida incline press and also not going full rom , it would be more impressive if he does 495 lb standing cause u cant cheat upper chest help in that and secondly he is the strongest shoulder presser thats correct but in terms of relative strength he is himself around 450 pounds and doin this incline overhead press kinda thing with 70 percent range of motion of 573 pounds , they are many guys who are 70 kg but do 100kg and that too standing i think thats more impressive in terms of relative strength not actual strength

Enjoyed watching that, especially seeing Julius enjoying lifting that much and going for it as a result. I'd make one criticism though, which is to not be so dismissive of Iron Biby. He gets a lot of that online and it gets to him. He doesn't deserve it either. He's not just one of the strongest overhead pressers in the world, he's one of the best in terms of grip and his ability to move fast carrying heavy yoke or frame is probably top 5 in the world, even at his size. Also while living in one of the least developed countries in the world, with over a million people displaced by war and terrorism, where they've had two military coups since 2022.

Why are we labeling incline as a shoulder press?! I love doing OHP, and the seated version does not have a lean back, this is incline bench, albeit like an extreme incline bench almost to the point of a shoulder press, but still not a shoulder press... Impressive strength regardless, not hating on the strength, just why the title name?! I come more from the strongman world so I think of axle press, log press, the push press, OHP, etc. If I see something has a slope to it that leans backwards on a bench I think of that as an incline.

I agree. Seems like most powerlifters do it this way. Might not have enough flexibility

yeah and also he is 450 lbs so relatively not world class strong and that too doing on incline with 70 percent range of motion , i think in standing press it would be reduced to around 450lbs

thats barely an increase my guy a real incline is much lower than that if you're trying to hit upper chest instead of shoulders. That's like 1 click away from fully uprigight

Yes baker been following you since seeing you with eddie! im From Nottingham. Bro can i ask why you lower the bar to the chin with the heavy weights compared to top of the chest please? i hit 225 on flat bench this week after 6 months and really want to gain that strength in my shoulders. 6ft4 at 81kg lol im trying!

I'd be happy to move that weight off the floor. Massive lifts, keep up the good work. Maddox should go for the axle record after cracking the 800lb raw bench
