Great to see you two - I used to lift back in the early 90s and I had a brother in iron just like this - we'd always lift more together than we did alone. Nothing like these weights but we'd inspire eachother every time - nothing mental just an extra half plate or so but we'd only make PBs when we lifted together. We'd trash talk every session but we had this bond where we knew our biggest lifts would happen when he was spotting me and I was spotting him - we knew when to let the other struggle and when to grab the weight, it's a brotherhood like no other!

Enjoyed watching that, especially seeing Julius enjoying lifting that much and going for it as a result. I'd make one criticism though, which is to not be so dismissive of Iron Biby. He gets a lot of that online and it gets to him. He doesn't deserve it either. He's not just one of the strongest overhead pressers in the world, he's one of the best in terms of grip and his ability to move fast carrying heavy yoke or frame is probably top 5 in the world, even at his size. Also while living in one of the least developed countries in the world, with over a million people displaced by war and terrorism, where they've had two military coups since 2022.

Why are we labeling incline as a shoulder press?! I love doing OHP, and the seated version does not have a lean back, this is incline bench, albeit like an extreme incline bench almost to the point of a shoulder press, but still not a shoulder press... Impressive strength regardless, not hating on the strength, just why the title name?! I come more from the strongman world so I think of axle press, log press, the push press, OHP, etc. If I see something has a slope to it that leans backwards on a bench I think of that as an incline.
