When I first started squatting over 4 plates the whip of the bar would make me fail reps sometimes.

I'd like to see it done with no elbow wraps. They already are doing partial bench with no lock now but with wraps they are only doing 1/4 the work including the bounce off the chest.

Does that wrap help the same amount as the one that stretches from elbow to elbow? If so, then yea that's too much help. I've tried with my friends wraps from elbow to elbow and flat benched 225lb for 42 reps without breaking a sweat after a 5 hour workout. It's insane how much stress they take off your wrists and elbows. I felt like I was flying with the weights.

Locking out dozens of heavy reps is just unnecessary wear and tear on your elbow joints. Unless you want the heaviest benchpressers to burn their bodies out quick, you'll forgive them for not locking out each time.

Before my dad got poorly he was an absolute animal on the weights he would lift me and my older brother on both ends of a massive weight lifting bar he was an excellent dead lifter, took inspiration from the Arnold Schwarzenegger days, miss the guy! Loved this it was pure nostalgia!

As someone who's very much opposite on the Gym scale, 5ft 5, 64 KGs benching just 94 KG for 1 RM, this is insane. They look like they could bench a bus between them. The guy in the red also, he's insane too.

Great colab, really enjoyed this. Some amazing lifts. I remember reading that Hermann Goerner used to overhead press his thick handled barbell and then drop it and catch it in the crux of his arms. It was 330lbs non rotating and the handle was 2 and 3/8inch thick, at the time no one else could lift it and you could win a large sum to lift it.
