The faster you are and the less fear you have of being caught the easier it is to beat door 150. For example on a few spots where there is a long corridor where the grumble can get in you can go out after the grumble comes in. I didn't do that for a long time but if you don't so it you are just giving the grumbles time to get to you. That's also the reason you don't see grumbles in his speedrun because they didn't have time to get to the anchors before splendos did. Two more tips are the bulklight is very op because it slows down the grumbles insanely and the other one is using glowing sticks to light up the corridors so you can see if a grumble is coming when you are on the way back to the starting spot. But the biggest tip is having maps of both levels on google. It's not a problem if you're a bit slower because of this

slightly longer and more convoluted explanation is that rush and ambush both use raycasting to look for the player's torso, but objects and walls block raycasting. while your head and your limbs peek through the drawer, the one open drawer is exactly enough to "hide" your torso and not be seen
