+1 heartsteel does nothing unless its 7, so until he found ezreal, it was useless Theres also the true damage ad flex comp he couldve went after cashout as well

It's basically just 150 hp until you hit 7 heartsteel and since you don't want to win at that spot you'd rather be weaker. If you wanna try and win you can still slam after fight starts.

i got level 9 7 heartsteel and ez 3 the other day. Was at 1 life but ended up just winning so hard that i cashed out a 500cashout like 4 times that game. Lost to an olaf 3 and karthus 1 7 pentakill :) and i had a ton a items from qiyana printing idk

Why challenger players calls "yone" "riven" and then deafen? why deafen?

You say what unit or trait you are going to try to dissuade contests. /deafen makes it visible to all players with chat on that they have deafened, and thus cannot be communicated with in any way. So you can't reason with them or ping them to make them stop (i.e., ping carries when close to 3 star). How effective it is is up to debate.
