I just noticed that CJ says numbers like "one hundred twenty" instead of "one hundred and twenty" and now I can't unhear it.

That's actually the correct way to say it. To say "and" is technically meant to imply a decimal. "One hundred and twenty" would technically be 100.20, but semantic drift has caused saying 120 with an "and" to be the norm
