@@huntermaynard8837 your running form should be how you run naturally aka how you feel comfortable. obviously if your natural running form sucks you have to correct it, but my point is dont try to copy other running form it will feel very unnatural you trying to force that.

@ I agree! You could hear the coach cueing a couple things in the workout, but those are general cues that are pretty universally true in any good mover. I wasn’t suggesting I mimic Grant, just making an observation that stood out to me. 🙂

Gordon is the king of workout videos! More than enough running, just the right amount of dialogue with the coach and athlete without being intrusive. The falls are icing on the cake. Quick suggestion: Don't put the highlight of the workout directly out there in the title, tease it a little bit. For example, Flotrack titled Galen Rupp's indoor workout with the 4:01 topper "The Most Ridiculous Workout You Have Ever Seen." And it absolutely was. Fisher's might have been, "Last Mile in What???" or "Fisher Throws Down Hard to Finish Workout." Just a thought. Keep up the good work. Also, I'm not going to buy your merch, but I believe in supporting good work like yours, so do you have a Patreon or some other account like that?
