*These printers need to work on their arm swings, those crazy wide swings aren't favorable for maximum speed sprinting, the arms need to closer to the body with shorter pumping action like boxing short upper cut movement while increasing leg stride. I Know What I'm Talking About!*

SPF is not good for your skin as it blocks the Vitamin D production, which is necessary for health and you should definitely not want to lessen your hormones as a runner

The one thing I notice is there is a lot of rocking side to side when they run, even when they start it looks like a football run instead of a straight line.

@@mertholomy8414 Come on, man, get a grip. I didn't mean it in the sense that he should run it against world class 200m and 400m runners. I only meant it as wondering what he could do. Here, I'll venture my own guess. He could probably run 1:43 high to 1:44 low for 800m, so I'd guess he could run 46 high for 400m and 21 high for 200m. It was just a thought experiment, so take a deep breath and relax.

@blainenewton7188
@blainenewton7188 Күн бұрын
@@evandempsey7613 Maybe with a little more focus on those distances for a month or so... You're right, it's definitely a different type of running, so he'd have to run a few of them during that time. Seb Coe could run 46 high for 400m back in his day, and Kerr's speed is probable comparable.

apologies, the first 2 300H reps are actually 290m. The clock stopped at the last hurdle instead of at 300 meters mark.

it's a bit short it looks like he's counting at the last hurdle so just short of true 300, prob 280 or 290 or something, and it's a hand time, so usually a bit faster :)
