World's Best Cake (Norwegian Cake) | Verdens Beste Kake

World best cake - the best cake in the world. This is what the Norwegians call the cake, prepared according this recipe. I've made some changes to original recipe which I show in the video.
World best cake recipe:
1 Cup (110 g) All purpose flour
2 Tbsp (15 g) Cocoa powder
4 Oz (125 g) Unsalted butter
1/2 Cup (60 g) Powdered sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 1/2 tsp (7 g) Baking powder
4 pcs (75 g) Egg yolks
1/4 Cup (50 g) Milk
Meringue:
4 pcs (140 g) Egg whites
3/4 Cup (160 g) Granulated sugar
1 tsp Lemon juice
Berry confiture:
3/4 Cup (100 g) Berry puree
2 1/2 tsp (6 g) Corn starch
Cream:
1 1/2 tsp (5 g) Gelatin
2 Tbsp (30 g) Water
1 1/4 Cup (300 g) Milk
2 3/4 Tbsp (20 g) Corn starch
1/3 Cup (70 g) Granulated sugar
2 pcs (100 g) Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Instant coffee
6.8 Oz (200 g) Whipping cream 35% fat
