I believe "A true food critic is some one who is ready to accept all kind of food and dosent have any favorite" the way you accept every taste every style of cooking and as u accept it does u can express it so well. Thank you for visiting Arunachal Pradesh and I wish I could interact with you someday.

Great episode! This style of cooking resembles South East Asian cooking. The way they cook sticky rice is similar to how it is done in countries like Laos, Cambodia, Phillipines, etc. However, their uniqueness lies in the use of local ingredients and innovative ways of zero oil cooking.
