Ive been making this recipe since 2016!!! Never fails, so delicious and I am now the designated "turkey maker" for every thanksgiving. Juicy, tasteful and looks beautiful. The only thing I did differently was place the seasoning underneath the skin as well.

Been cooking this turkey for at least 5 yrs! Only thing I recommend is not defrosting the turkey on the counter it’s dangerous but other than that great recipe! I always get compliments on how yummy the turkey is
