Well tbh Amazon is strong because it is a very efficient system and has monopoly and not because it is in the right field. It does face competition. My summary is that Amazon, money transfer apps, government are examples of middlemen that many businesses have to go through and therefore have a lot of volume on their side. So yeah basically the video promotes the middleman in a way. A very dramatic example will be Walder frey in game of thrones.
