Velveeta is so salty! Maybe by making a white sauce and adding it in cuts that, but not sure about this one. I like my grandmother's Mac and cheese best..I was raised on. But I like the cornbread stuffing topping idea, I would probably mix it with some melted butter instead of more cheese.
