That may be the biggest in Sydney, as they say, but FAR from biggest in the world. There are multiple places in the US that offer a challenge for eating a 72 ounce steak (and 1.5 kilos only works out to a little under 53) so if those are common enough to get done that widely, theres bound to be even bigger elsewhere.

The Florentine steak (made in Florence Italy) can beat that little bone at any time :p Italians do it better ;-))
@revealer3410 жыл бұрын
not be sure on FLAVOR and im sure it does taste good BUT. That by NO MEANS is the worlds Largest steak. That cut of meat had More BONE and Fat and Muscle than ANY STEAK that would claim to be the worlds largest should have. A cut of Meat for THAT PRICE should be Trimmed perfectly wih a beautiful balance of Fat and Meat. All Muscle and Grizzle removed as well as BONE with the Final Weight of the steak being ONLY the meat itself. Cooked with the bone to impart flavor then trimmed for service.

Not sure what you're saying. 4.5 what exactly? By standard are you referring to some kind of average or the biggest you've seen? And regardless of the answers to any of these, what does that have to do with what I said? lol

Sadly...the U.S. easily beats it...like at least half of the steakhouses in each state has a steak that beats it; why we so fat...
