I got a gaming pc off of Amazon for 300$ it had a gtx 1660S 16g ram and an i5 6500 it can run games with pretty good performance and in my opinion it’s the best budget pc off of Amazon

Could possibly just be your internet also, 60 fps isnt good but is very playable. I have a 60hz monitor, and a pc with a ryzen 7 5800x and a 3060 8gb, 32 gb 3200mhz ddr4 Sometimes stutters for, for me it usually isnt internet but the drivers, the gtx 710 doesnt have drivers no more so that could also be it When you ate a pizza and it didnt give shield/health it was a bug
