Could possibly just be your internet also, 60 fps isnt good but is very playable. I have a 60hz monitor, and a pc with a ryzen 7 5800x and a 3060 8gb, 32 gb 3200mhz ddr4 Sometimes stutters for, for me it usually isnt internet but the drivers, the gtx 710 doesnt have drivers no more so that could also be it When you ate a pizza and it didnt give shield/health it was a bug

VERMAX RECENTLY i officially quit fortnite until i get a new pc. Recently my gaming computer has been acting like hot dog. My fortinte has been lagging alot recently and i dont even have bad wifi. Plus my FPS is always dropping under 10 when ever im in a battle royale game or even in creative. overall my gaming computer is failing me. i wont play any more fortnite until i get a new PC. my FPS in Battle Royale is under 100 fps plus i get fps drops that go under 10 which freezes my screen for a certant amount of time. Even in creative my fps dosent even stay stable. On top of that my ping in creative is like 25-35 and my ping in game is 40-60 VERMAX if you could please give me the PC i could potentially go pro and this could change my life.

Watching from the potato pc and guess what? The potato pc (Lenovo thinkcentre sff m83) has a limit of 35 watts on the pcie slot. There for you can only use low profile graphics cards. The best one being is the rtx a2000 which an overpriced rtx 3050 ti ~ 3060.
