Today we are dining in the worlds fastest restaurant in terms of food delivery from the moment you order to the moment the plate hits your table. karne garibaldi holds the Guinness world record for fastest food delivery. I'm taking you to the original Mexican restaurant in Guadalajara Mexico to see this blazing speed service and of course most importantly try out the Mexican food from Guadalajara which is a local specialty of Guadalajara and the state of Jalisco. Carnes en su jugo which mean meats in it's juices is what we're going to be trying today. I like your video dude. But you seriously need to do your research on some descriptive words to add to your vocabulary. And I suggest you learn the difference between cilantro and parsley if you're going to be doing food reviews these are just some simple things that you could do to really enhance the quality of your video. Instead of using low level vocabulary and describing things incorrectly you could really hone your craft.

While tipping is common in Central/south America, you generally dont tip as highly as in NA, even for good service. 10% is a very good tip.

I went to this place once when visiting some family. They invited me here but didn’t mention how fast they serve you. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before eating, once I got back to my seat they were already eating. I was very impressed at their speed.

i absolutely love their mask policy, wear it for a whole 45 seconds while u wait for the table then you when you sit down you can take it off the rest of the time. The science.

Tell your mom to make it, its pretty easy and very good. I add a lil bit of cheese with drizzle lime to mine. I also use turkey bacon instead of pig bacon to be a little bit more healthier

Jerky which is popular in South Africa,... and 'probably' in the US (as I've heard that on American shows/movies being mentioned)? With jerky, they are strips of meat, made from beef, pork, and can be vegan now (in the last few yrs that I've noticed).

The speed comes from the food being the type of food they can just scoop up and spoon it in the plate. It's probably spooned up before the waiter even walks to the back.

Parsley is the word they basically use in English to describe what cilantro is because it’s basically the same thing except cilantro just has a stronger taste and smell to it

I love Mexico thanks to you. What we read in the main stream media is nothing compared to what reality is. Mexican people most of them are decent people who are hardworking and dedicated. I hope they will remove the drug cartels so that Mexico can truly be a prosperous and peaceful nation.

My husband didn’t believe me they served you that fast until we went there and he saw with his own eyes 😂 carnita en su jugo! 🤤🤤 The way to eat it is to smear the tortilla with beans and then a bite of the roasted onion then your carne en su jugo. The jericallas are so good! Their name comes from the Jérica sisters from Spain who feed the kids from the Cabañas orphanage with it to provide a calorie rich food to malnourished kids.

The way to eat is however you want. I hate when people act like there is a special way. Just like how to use a tortilla. You can put it on. You can use it to pinch food. Or roll it and dip while eating with spoon. Let people eat how they want. You go there once and think you know it all

May i suggest, afterwards head for "la violeta" its really close and anyone there can give you directions, its one of the oldest artisan ice cream shops in town and they're the BEST ice cream you'll ever taste. Personal fave of mine is Nuez con mamey ;)

Hi Carlos - You have truly mastered the art of dishing out unique vlogs time and again ! Kudos to the staff of Karne Garibaldi for their hygiene , speed ( WR ) and quality . In fact they got the appetisers as soon as you say on the table ! Hence you were a tad baffled on the appetiser after you completed your main course ( Mexicanized meat in its juices - picante style with tortilla) . From your description of Jericalla ( baby between Creme Brûlée and Flan ) , the texture resembled that of a Panacotta ( wobbly ) ! Thanks for sharing this unique and fab Vlog from Guadalajara! Imagine someone random walked in wanting something to eat quickly and the waiters are just like no problem trust me it will be quick then they take a sip of water then the water just comes 8 seconds later here’s your appetizer I brought u some chips and salsa also here’s your main course and I have a desert coming in 5 seconds enjoy.🙂
