Dude totally agree - dough is everything for a pizza. Mexican pizza? How fascinating! Pizza is one of my fav foods and whenever I see how other countries do it, I click immediately lol! Seafood pizza is so good - esp calamari and scallops! Clams is my fav seafood topping for pizza. Glad to see Mexico has their own spin on it. Them cheesy bite crusts remind me of Korean style pizza so interesting!

Rin Rin has def come a really long way. When i was a kid visiting my cousins there in the late 90's early 2000's it was def not on the level it is today, they were basically serving u pizza on a toasted tortilla, these days tho its on a whole nother demensiom lol, Great for them!
