Welcome to the future! But imagine this is a rental car plus insurance which you pay for subscription for all amenities per month or maybe a year. So that $30,000 dent isn't your problem anymore. It's the insurance that you pay with the subscription per month. I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud. What do you think future will bring us to these super expensive cars to the public? I'm sure car manufacturers will earn more through subscription services than 1 person who buys the whole package and 1 super car.

Air resistance generates heat. Fighter jets are typically supersonic, so they have a special heat resistant coating. Can't imagine eink panels doing well in heat. It's basically glass.

Imagine playing a fully functional immersive game inside the car (using the projectors to display the game on the windshield and windows) where you can fly around (using real life steering and pedals for speed etc) through the solar system, doing anything you want, landing at any planet, exploring it by flying and driving in it etc. better yet, the seat you're on moving and jerking in all sorts of ways to simulate acceleration, breaking, turning, hitting bumps, etc etc .. next level ish 😏 Has to happen

Remember, a while back, (was it perhaps 25 years ago?) those two-tone cars that changed colour depending on which direction you were looking at them from? Most of them were pink/orange though there were other combinations. Those paint finishes were very exciting when they were invented but they never caught on. I haven’t seen one for a very long time.

I bet it can only change color when it’s plugged in, or sitting on that pad. You probably stuck with whatever color you choose. It possibly could be that it makes it less drivable with colors other than black and white because it takes alot more volts to produce. Probably takes away from the power thats ehythey had it white with just a green strips on the side. Just my thought lol

Drive dayli a car is something different than change the color or add lines and a smile on it…. No one speaks about the FACT that the battery in winter have almost 30% less autonomy and that it decrease even more because you have to increase the temperature in the cockpit. Apart the line I would see automotive managers governments and engineers that develop correctly the correct project in order to really use ev cars properly and functionally for the climate change but either for people that will buy them to use

Fighter planes probably have this tech. They can make the skin of the aircraft match the color of the sky to make them harder to see. It’s been rumored they have something like this on some test aircraft. Probably more advanced but cool none the less.
