Does this appear as a selectable killstreak in the list when you get one? Or is it just a hidden streak like the other usual nukes

It's a hidden streak just like the nuke but comes up at 25 kills instead of 30!

Yep! You can still rock your kill streaks and since they loop now it's pretty easy to get!
