World's First Hydro Arm Amrep Garbage Truck

Introducing the Hydro Amrep N2! These truck arms are experimental technology from Amrep, and are hydraulic as opposed to electric. This is one of only 4 in existence. Phoenix Arizona has 2, and there is 1 in California and 1 in Canada.
On this particular day, the driver was having trouble with the arm, so you may notice that the carts were not getting dumped at their full angle. Thank you to John, the driver, who ran this truck very well, and for making this video possible!

To be entirely honest, I think that's a better design, seems less shaky. And the motion is much smoother. Nice work brother

You can definitely tell it’s different. Notice how the truck dumps the cans, it kinda slows down when going up, and also it doesn’t go all the way into the hopper, like most N2s. Also another thing I found weird was the box on the left side. Most Amreps have an engine on the left. But pretty cool truck, I like how Amrep experiments different arms.
