I mean the passive is like a 30%-40% ratio that you can proc like 1.5-2 times a second in an aoe, that's pretty good.

with full attack spoeed (and lethal tempo) it's a 120% ap every second (and yet with rageblade/combo passive is already good) so you don't have to take much attack speed item so yeah it kinda hurt
