Wouldn’t a misprint be MORE rare than a good printed card? Cause misprints aren’t likely to happen usually.

If there is no market for misprints it means nothing. Misprints are also considered "used". A 9 is honestly amazing for a misprint.

There are other markets for missprint stuff though.. Such as cd's and clothing that i collect.. Missprint versions that exist in the stuff that i collect are worth alot more.

*PSA is a proxy for how many (or how rare) cards there are in the world. Its not a definititive method for knowing how many foil Charizards in the world there are. Like a tiny handful of players use PSA...

Rhyme my guy! I have my original 1st gen Pokemon cards and maybe I should look into this. My brother bought me a foil pack and told me he prayed I got a good card (he was very young at the time) and I ended up getting Charizard on my 2nd to last card. That card means more to me than all others cards I own combined and was a huge deal at the time.

God, DBZ was the very first card game I actually played. I just bought random Pokemon packs when I was into that, but it was the DBZ game that actually got me into playing card games. Yeah, that's right, not even Yugioh was my first. Breaking the mold people, breaking the mold. Also, I actually prefer off-print cards, because re-prints, and sometimes even other copies from the same batch, are all identical. An off-print is unique. Maybe not worth more, but it's not the same. That makes me like it more.

This whole card game grading bs is hilarious. Why pushing a card's value into absurd levels when the target audience of the games is 10-14 years old and has approximately 15 dollars or euro for an entire month. Adults just ruin another hobby...
