This is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! I love this, I’m chucks age don’t tell no one 😂 sorry Chuck 😂. Anyway what I was gonna say was this is a love of mine, one of my pastimes was rodeos and I also owned appaloosa horses one was a direct grandson to Red Eagle world Champion owned by model &.actress Bo Derek and her husband film director John Derek. My horse was gorgeous and I loved that horse and I owned several Apps. But Rodeoing and Horseback riding, I went on Wagon Train rides for horse & mules as well as group trail rides. There’s nothing like being on horses or miles and riding mountain trails with saddle bags full of iced down cold beverages with packs with all the picnic or camp fire food to stop and let the horses rest and cookout in the woods for grilling lunch over open fire on a All day trail ride. Nothing like it, gives you the actual feel how the Cowboys and cowgirls lived everyday life in the 1800s. I had these big canvas saddlebags and cooler lining I’d pack them down with a whole case 12 on ea side of 12 ounce smaller plastic Dr Pepper or Mountain Dew’s & pack them full of ice. Cody (my gelding App) didn’t mind it at all he loved the back of the saddle bags being cold on him & the water that ran out of the tiny drain holes kept him cool in warm weather. I also had a leather saddle holster to Carry a 30/30 lever action Winchester in. I still have the western hip holster with silver Conchos around it that held my 357 pistol which I still have. I still have my leather chaps and Resistol & Stetson Cowboy Hats. I also still have a few sets of my old boot spurs for horse riding or Bull but my age it’d only be to wear them to Bull crapping around now 😂🤣. Had to throw that one in 😂. Still have my 2 one back one off white color wind and rain Duster coats 🧥 with the rain flap on the back. I had a lot of money invested in that part of my life back then. Oh also get you the saddle bags that hook to the back of your saddles for cold drinks keeping steaks 🥩 Cold 🥶 on all day rides. One horse’s saddle bags can carry the drinks and refrigerated meats 🥩 & the other can be utilized for a pack bag to carry pots and pans and cooking utensils & open fire 🔥 cookout accessories and other horses. Can carry other things. The horses get used to them bags and don't pay them any attention. Start them out on very short lead walks in the corral and then progress them to short rides and then all day rides with saddlebags and other attachments. We had drink /cup holders that hung off the saddle horn to keep our bottle water bottle drinks in. That way when we was riding if we got thirsty we just took a drink out of the little holster got a swallow while we were riding and stuck it back in there Without having to stop. Look up Love Valley NC on mr google pants. Wanna experience a town with old buildings blacksmith shop for fixing horseshoes, Old General Stores, The Silver Spur saloon. It’s a Cowboys & Cowgirls Town no vehicles 🚗 allowed in Town only Walking or Horseback, campgrounds ⛺️ or places for horse trailers with living quarters and all the mountains 🏔 of horseback trails to ride to your hearts content. It’s been many years Since i have been there to go riding and cowboying🤠 with other horse Lover enthusiasts. But I looked it up on line and it’s still in operation & people from all around NC SC Virginia Tenn go there to camp and ride horses all weekend long. Ok this is getting long, I just wanna Tell Brei she looks like a natural on those horses 🐎 I think she’s gonna do excellent 😉👍🏼 Chuck the way Brei is sporting that cowgirl hat 🤠 and the way she’s taking to being a good horse rider and wearing that cowgirl attire OIL UP YOUR SHOTGUN BROTHER AND SLEEP WITH ONE EYE 👁 OPEN LIKE FESTIS ON GUNSMOKE AND LOOK AT THOSE TEENAGE COWBOYS LIKE OLE SNAKE EYE ON THE OLD WESTERNS WHILE YOU WIPE THE BARRELS ON THAT DOUBLE BARREL AS YOU STARE AT THEM 😂🤣 AND SAY I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN GOING BACK TO PRISON 😂🤣. Because those boys are fixing to come outta the woodwork. But as long as you’re always wiping that gun when they come over you won’t have any problems in keeping them in line 😂🤣 I think I heard that on the Blue collar comedy tour But thought I’d give you a laugh. But all Jokes aside Brei acts really comfortable on a horse and I think she’s gonna be Able to be taught a lot because she seems to have a Gnack for it.... I had to learn the hard way in breaking horses to never let the horse see you having fear getting on them because that nervous scared energy transfers into that animal and they know that, no problems with a good broke horse. But a green broke horse could act up and throw you if they detect fear or nervousness from someone on them. Just something to keep in the back of ones mind. OK guys I’ve wrote a small non fiction novel on this comment so i gotta get off here. But yeah guys i love anything horses and rodeo that’s a love of mine. My CB handle when I Drove Tractor Trailer for years was Carolina Cowboy. Can’t wait to see where your ventures with Horses 🐎 go. And Brei there are the Junior High School Rodeo competitions & Championships if you ever pursue this in a serious manner. But regardless do it with a love for it and do it because you love it and have fun at it and the competitor in you will come out without ya having to break a sweat. You definitely got the farm and places to train for those type Junior high school rodeo events if you so choose to do such a thing. Brooke there’s a lady Meredith Bernard on KZbin who lives close to you in Virginia. This Farm Wife Meredith Bernard. She her husband, son and daughter have 4 horses and they take their horses to a Ranch / place probably not far from where y’all live and do all kinds of little competitive things with their horses..... Just check it out Maybe you could reach out to Meredith and learn more about that. Maybe do a meet up and y’all’s two families go horseback riding & who knows a video collaboration and it could help Brei and help both of your channels with content and expand both your subscribers. There's a horse farm in Scottsville Virginia they have a stop sign on this Farm instead of saying the word stop it says whoa I kid you not I'm not making it up it's red and white but it says whoa😂😂😂😂😂 Bree I love the hat. I don't know if you know but this man has a farm in Virginia Robert Duvall has a horse ranch Farm in the state of Virginia I think it's in the Blue Ridge Mountain area but I'm not sure. Mom did you get a hat too😂😂 I like the videos people keep filming and I'll keep watching happy trails my friend
