I’m the 60s my neighbor has a horse like Doug’s. Mac would just hold on to the saddle horn to stay on the saddle while Bo ( horse) would do all the work. Horse was ?? Boca Chica. Mean as could be. Only horse in my life I couldn’t pet. I’m 68. But that short stocky horse would pen his ears down and take all hate out on that calf. Doug’s horse is the closest I’ve ever seen, but Bo would have won. That horse was a mark that a bare foot, bareback, 8 year old cowgirl has seen yet. A Texas horse. In the 60’s. Not I’m the 60’s.
