Broc Glover got screwed and should have won the 1985 250 Supercross title, when Jeff Ward crashed and rode backwards on the track he should have immediately been disqualified making the Supercross title chase between Glover, Ron Lechien and Ricky Johnson, unfortunately politics played a big part in Jeff Ward not being penalized for his riding backwards on the track infraction allowing him to win the title over Glover by two points !
