Thank you If you miss this bus then you can't take another bus because only one bus in a day runs daily. You can take a shared taxi from the Diskit taxi stand. No bus or shared taxi available from Diskit to Turtuk. You can get a shared taxi by chance only. You can ask some taxi drivers, if they go to Turtuk and they have a vacant seat in their car.
