Nou het ek lekker gelag vir julle twee. Ek hoop julle het genoeg melk in die yskas gehad. Ek moet bieg, die kaasburger het ongelooflik mooi gelyk. Selfs sonder die chillies, sou die burger n wenner gewees het.

Wens ek was daar. My chili crop het sleg gedoen die jaar. (7 pot primo, maruga scorpion, naga, ghost, cayenne, devil's tail, jelapino ens. ietsie van alles. Maar die winter was so warm hulle leef nog almal. Eendag wil ek kom kuier! 5:34 ek wet jou, as daai sousie oornag in yskas gestaan het was hy so rapsie beter. maar 10/10 nog steeds. Na die video sal die verkeerde tyd wees om trane te vee, neus te vryf, of te gaan pieppie... Jis ek wens ek kon 'n happie daar vat!

Your burger isn't 12 million SHU!!! It's 2,2 million!!! You cannot add the peppers "burn" classifications together:) Doesn't work that way. Let me explain: The Scoville Heat Units (SHU) measure the concentration of capsaicinoids, the compounds responsible for the heat in chili peppers. If you add more peppers to a sauce, it will increase the volume and potentially extend the duration of the burn, but it won't increase the SHU beyond the level of the hottest pepper in the mix. Even if you add more peppers to a sauce, the SHU will still be determined by the heat level of the individual peppers, and it won't sum up linearly. So, if one pepper is 2 million SHU, the sauce will still be around 2 million SHU, even though the experience might be more intense due to the quantity of peppers.
