Recipe
∙ 5.5 kg Lamb forequarter
∙ ¼ cup chilli oil
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ 500 ml mutton stock (3 bouillon cubes)
∙ 2 butternuts
∙ ½ cup brown sugar
∙ 1 tablespoon cinnamon
∙ 7 potatoes
∙ 6 garlic cloves
∙ olive oil
∙ salt & pepper
∙ 3 onions
