WoodenCreationz you could actually stand up and roast marshmallows for s’mores!

I love it!!! Total overkill. Perfect for getting rid of scrap wood and failed project evidence.

That’s exactly what I use it for.

I agree with JG! And It's so much better to roast marshmallows standing up! Now I want to see you find a pot to go on top! 👍

Christ Centered Ironworks thanks Roy. We did. It’s kind of cool. Not sure if you made it to the end but I had a good fire going in it last night.

Who’s the dude with the fake announcer voice taking over your channel? Lol. Video looks great! Nice Sheet Cam tutorial. The Langmuir plasma CNC runs so nice. The Crosscut does some super-clean cutting too. I still laugh out loud when I see how big that Rocket King is! Epic! I’ve got an idea for a grill for it. Let’s make it!!!
@ManCrafting4 жыл бұрын
This thing is a pallet eater. It’s amazing. I had another idea in addition to some sort of grill. A way to suspend a Dutch oven over the chimney. Maybe slightly in to be able to adjust the heat.

10:10 Can't see - was there much smoke coming out the top on start up - want to be more discreet when the neighbours have their laundry hanging up.

Initially there was some, but once it got going it was pretty clean.

great idea, could you not feed large logs from the top and just let them drop?
@ManCrafting2 жыл бұрын
There is a floor that goes from the flat piece on the front to the back wall. I would probably use long logs you could lay in or feed them from the front.

What's the comparrison between Mancrafting sized and Jackman sized?...lol

Not sure. We did share a hotel room once, but we never did a comparison. I’ll bet his wouldn’t eat a pallet though.

It's great. Green shortz sent me over. This. Is great. You can grill on top. Would a pot work on too? Or do you need the pot support as it's so big? Great for those winter power outages. 😁
@ManCrafting4 жыл бұрын
Edie Boudreau thanks. I would have to put a grate on the top if I was using a pan. I’m also thinking hanging a Dutch oven into it would really work well.

Great build guys! Now try making one out of Hebel or Autoclaved Aerated Concrete which wont burn you if you touch or bump into it! That hot steel one is a bit of a hazard!
@ManCrafting2 жыл бұрын
Thanks. It was intentional. I use it a lot like a burn barrel, so efficiency and bumping into it isn’t much of an issue. That said, your method will be much more efficient.

can you build me one? but I want mine taller, and I want a hopper and an auto feeder.

Nice to see you exercising that Langmuir table. The Sheet Cam process was awesome thank you. I’ve been wondering if I should make the change. I currently create my tap flies in fusion.
@ManCrafting4 жыл бұрын
House of Chop if you’re comfortable working in fusion stick it out. I personally get a little overwhelmed with the complexity. I wish when I first started playing with it 3-4 years ago I had just forced myself to learn. Sheetcam is easy for 2D cam. And Inkscape or illustrator is all you’d need for design.
@marklengal99904 жыл бұрын
Great team effort on this one Chad. What’s the green liquid?
@ManCrafting4 жыл бұрын
The green liquid is to prevent corrosion to the slats. The water table is stainless, but the slats are mild steel and rust real bad if you don’t have an additive to bring the PH above 9. Upgrading my Langmuir Pro/Do These Upgrades When Setting Yours Up! kzbin.info/www/bejne/fHLPf6mLdruUZqM

Really bad proportion between the length and the cross section area. You need a thinner sección to increase the speed of air thus flame

Your probably correct.

Very nice! Normally in sheetcam instead of moving to layers I'll just do a no offset and no lead in or out. Just don't want to mess with it lol. Looks great and the cut was pretty slick.

End Iron I’m no expert. That might work well if you plan for that in your design.

How much would one of these ManCrafting stove set me back?
@ManCrafting3 жыл бұрын
I have no idea. Never considered selling them. I’d need to check into sheet metal prices right now. Then there is the issue of shipping. The one I made would likely be oversized and heavy. Or were you talking about one of the smaller ones?

So on amazon you said you fully review it, and this was under the micro listing. This doesnt show you using or testing either the micro or the regular one, just building a bigger one thats not available to purchase or like the ones listed (small, portable, camping). This seems like deceptive marketing.
@ManCrafting11 ай бұрын
I’ll have to look. I did a video on the Rocket King. This was several years ago so my memory is a little fuzzy on it.
@chrisshepard49511 ай бұрын
Thank you for responding. Id really love a video on the micro. I'm looking to get it but I wanna see how smokeless it is, how much wood it takes to boil water, how fast it boils, how flat it packs and if it gets clogged. I think that would be a great video and would get a lot of views. Plus I heard a lot of slotted stoves get stuck together or warp. I want a rocket stove that can manage these things and that would definitely make me purchase one and recommend.
